Noise Antenna Sharing device.
The QNC-SPLITTER was designed to allow two QNC’s to be connected to One Noise Antenna. If the noise antenna was split without the QNC-SPLITTER the signal from the noise is too low for the QNC to operate correctly. The QNC-SPLITTER has a 1 dB gain. All the QNC’s and QNC-SPLITTER are connected together. If any of the Units go into transmit Mode all the noise go to ground to prevent any RF entering the unit via the Noise Antenna.
